Refund & Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us at grairishjewellery@hotmail.com before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we have sent the incorrect item.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, faulty, or if you have received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
